LoopMark assigns easily recognizable tags during classification, enabling various solutions to analyze the content or properties of processed information. Our classification allows DLP systems, RMS, and firewalls to implement the appropriate security policies for files or email messages.

LoopMark offers flexible configuration, allowing the creation of custom categories and subcategories for easy deployment. The system supports unlimited classification labels that can be individually adjusted in Outlook and Office. Additionally, prompts assist users in selecting the appropriate classification.

LoopMark's intuitive console handles configuration management, event collection, reporting, and agent installation. It also monitors user activities related to document classification and access to protected information.

LoopMark prevents accidental or intentional leakage of sensitive information by blocking downgrading. For instance, you can't send an email as public if it includes a higher classified (secret) attachment.

LoopMark requires users to classify documents by confidentiality level before saving, and may also mandate signing or encrypting messages for certain categories based on attachment level.

LoopMark enforces confidentiality for new documents and allows classification of existing ones. When opening an unclassified document, it may prompt you to specify the desired level of protection.
